Our Process

Once a candidate has been selected and screened, they can expect to move into the following stages:

All candidate certificates and employment history for the past 5 years will be verified.

All documentation is authenticated to ensure it is genuine.

Candidates undergo a preliminary medical examination to ensure fitness for employment.

A recorded pre-interview is conducted.

The employer reviews the recording and selects candidates in coordination with the agency.

Trade tests, upskilling, and training are tailored to match the employer’s job description.

Candidates complete IELTS or an equivalent English assessment.

Candidates are certified in basic international first aid by the Red Cross.

A full interview is held with both the agency and employer.

This may be conducted online, or employers are welcome to visit our Manila offices in person.

For selected candidates, the immigration process is initiated.

Travel arrangements and flight bookings are handled for successful candidates.

A detailed briefing is given on what to expect upon arrival in the employer’s country.

Candidates attend a 1-day seminar conducted by the Department of Migrant Workers.

Exit visa processing is completed.

Final discussions and preparations are conducted with Pag-Asa in the Philippines before departure.
